Arabella is a loyal, affectionate, relaxed pooch. She has had a tough go of it lately, as she's fighting a resilient battle against bone cancer. This gentle girl is looking for a wonderful home to help her bravely take on life, and have beautiful snuggle sessions in the meantime! This patient gal does well in her crate, and only gets sad when she's in it, as she much prefers to be out loving on her people! Arabella is on medications to help her pain levels that accompany her bone cancer. She walks wonderfully on leash, and although she doesn't use one of her back legs, she always sits and lays down on command. Arabella is the absolute queen of affection, and always adores snuggles and ear scratches. She loves to curl up next to her person's feet and is very curious about new places, sights, and smells. You can always tell when she's having a good day, as she'll joyfully pick up her pace on her walks, and seems to really savor the fresh air and all the smells. She'll frequently look back to you for assurance to keep going and to show her you're there with her every step of the way. This sweet girl absolutely craves love and comfort. She wants to know she's safe and warm and among people she adores! When you look into her expressive eyes she truly seems to ask for pets and company. Her affectionate seems to know no limits. Arabella is kind and easy-going to her core. Other than her illness, she is not high maintenance at all. She truly just wants a quiet home where she can calmly rest her precious floppy ears and adorable head. She would love to join someone who might work from home or has a flexible schedule.
